Unlike a trainer or dietician, health coaches do not prescribe one particular habit, exercise, or diet.  I realize that each person possesses the inner wisdom to know what works for them – it just needs to be recognized and harnessed for growth.  As women over 40, we have unique stressors in our lives and bodies that require a new way of doing things.  Just like our hair style from “back when” no longer suits us, our diet and movement need an update too. Immersed in information and literature regarding the second and third acts of life, I am excited to parter with you as you create the life you want and deserve.  It starts with health.

I’m trained in the neuroscience of change.  My goal is to both partner with and teach you this process so that after out time together, you understand what works best for you in creating sustainable change. This knowledge of self and practices built upon that knowledge, set you up for a lifetime of continual progress.
